Adam has a classmate who seems to be an unsettled kid. (Biting, kicking, temper).

So Adam says Max likes to shoot people too. I stopped and sat on the floor – “I wanted to tell you about him. Tell him he’s a bully and there are other kids you will play with”. My son looked so relieved and repeated back what he was going to tell him.

Then 5 mins later we are taking out the trash and Adam says “hey, daddy. I like being with you.” I am happy from the inside out.

So happy I took the parenting moment.

Aptos

On a grown man and yet didn’t want to go up to the door of a 70 year old woman and say ” hi Mom”.

Of coarse, 25 years ago I found my biological mom and she stated she didn’t want to meet.

Every adopted person handles their history in their own way. Can only speak towards my feeling. So close and yet unattainable. 531 Cathedral in Aptos, CA.

There is also a bio uncle in San Jose who’s gay like me. How to find Robert Humphreys? (Wasn’t that Dan’s dad in Gossip Girl?)

I might be a tad mental right now.
