My happiest moment today:
Daddy look, gingerbread man. I see his point. Very smart kid.
He also heard me say a phone number and I wrote digit wrong. I hear a voice in the back seat tell me the right number. He literally heard me, saw the number and realized it was wrong and spoke. Wow!

My happiest moment today:
I’d usually write something about AAA because tonight, for example, he was so sweet playing in the tent and making me stay in with him so we could be close. Or reading a story about Jingle and seeing his eyes light up.
But something kinda odd and wonderful happened. This morning I woke up early thinking about relaxing and going wherever hope takes me. So I warmed up the email to followup.
That’s not the best part. Tonight I’m getting dinner ready and a song came into my head from decades ago that I have never knew was in there.
Premonition or what? “I’ll go where you want me to go, dear Lord. Over mountain or plain or see. I’ll say what you want me to say, dear Lord. I’ll be what you want me to be.”
Out of the blue and happily unexpected. Let’s see what in my future.

Playing with AAA and he mimics the voice of the truck. It was so cute.
A funny moment was when he licked me when I went to kiss him good night. He’s got a sense of humor.

My 2 hour nap. The week was brutal and it’s been a long time since I took a long nap that I truly needed. Like a dead sleep and AAA was asleep too perfect. And I will sleep more tonight.

Laying AAA down for bed and our usual recap of the day.
Typical recap of the day with Adam. What we did, what song at preschool etc. so I asked him ” what did we have for dinner?” You eat poo-poo daddy?
First time to hear that – is that a milestone? Soo say “what?” With no reaction. And he repeats it. I say you must be confused because those words are jumbled up. He looks confused and repeats it with less volume and convictions.
I say I’m sorry, I don’t understand and each time he repeats and slowly loses interest since there is no recognition of his new humor.
I’ve either robbed the world of the next greatest comedian or scored a perfect 10 for handling the situation.
