Magical Powder for Adam’s room. Each night Adam wakes me constantly and we know how I need my 7 hours. (Some nights I forfeit my Father of the Year nomination because I get so unnerved).
So Tonight I direct AAA to stay in bed. He asks if he can come to my room and I say no and ask why he wants to disturb my sleep. He begins listing scary things like dinosaurs and flying lizards and stuff. Without missing a moment I tell him we have magic powder that will keep him safe.
I get his old baby powder from the closet and sprinkle his bed and he is thrilled he’s protected. Im happy his bed is fresh, we can use the old powder up and that I was pretty clever. Wish me a good night.
