What a full day, where to start?
1) Easter baskets and egg hunts for the first time ( thank you Shell – from the top of my heart)
2) chocolate croissant and home decor magazines
3) assembling AAA’s motorcycle for his Birthday
4) coming home … It’s small but cute and familiar

We are very fortunate. Thanks to all for the Birthday wishes gifts for my little man.

Adam’s 2nd Birthday – which was a first for us. 2 year olds would rather play with cake than wait for the song and party! Sorry Aunt Shell!

Birthday cupcakes at daycare! (AAA’s BDay is on Sunday).

A very warm welcome at day care complete with unsolicited hugs and kisses.

A tantrum free and relaxed dinner. We ate blueberries and noddles with chicken and nothing was thrown. A good family life.

Right before bed time AAA wanted to cling to me, and he did for 10 minutes. Awe.

Leaving Adam for a few hours with Emily (which makes me happy) and coming home and hearing him yell “daddy” through the door when I returned. I’d been with him for 5 days and I thought he was sick of me. But he missed me!!

Breakfast and Dinner out with Adam in the same day. Different restaurants and he was great. (thanks to Stacy as well for dinner. It feels like I can still be myself with him when he behaves.

Playing big blocks and getting lots of hugs. It was a great day.

Playing this weird breathing game where I basically wheeze in his face and he cracks up. He was so tired of laughing he hugged me and giggled and was exhausted from laughing.
