Happy Easter

SF has an annual Easter Parade on Union Street. It was kinda fun. Tons of bouncy houses, some little rides and a small parade.

It’s funny how 72 degrees felt hot but in the shade it was crisp. I guess were getting acclimated from our LA temp settings.

There is a z gallery on union so daddy had some fun too.

The Goal is Love

I had this epiphany this morning. I’ve been thinking about what the goal is with houses and life and such. And it came to me: the goal is love.

This weekend Adam spilled a full glass of apple juice two times within a 10 minute span. I, of coarse, lost it. So drug him outside of to talk to him. After I vented I realized it really hurt his feeling so I told him ” even when I’m mad, I still love you.” Two days later he is still talking about that. Whew – I didn’t screw him up too bad.

My happiest moment today:

Sitting here now after a long day. Weeds pulled, place vacuumed, toilet cleaned, a little picnic at the shore floors washed downstairs, laundry folded and salmon made for dinner. Whew. I’m happy it’s accomplished but tired.

The dogs are bathed too, but that was by Henry and Adam.

I met up with Kjell Larson from 20ish years ago. A college friend and great all around guy.
