Even the dog gets an upgrade – rubber mat with a raised edge and 2 new bowls. Trying to control the splash and slurp. If it works I’ll be a fan of Ballard Design for life.

Surrendering and meeting the handy man at the old house with my list of things to-do for the house.

I had the supplies, tools, skills and ideas. But don’t have time. I have vacation but taking a day off isn’t possible, and weekends I need to be a daddy.

The handy man was kinda tripping that I had all of the stuff: grout, paints, caulk, joint compound, trowels, sponges, tools. Everything but wood trim. At least that made me feel less lame.
