I wrote this note to the social worker: “I didn’t know Wednesday was such a milestone day for me in the adoption process. Andrews name was converted to Adam Andrew Alexander on all the paperwork and I think we are tracking to first of Jan for our hearing.”

It was scheduled as a regular visit and it turned out the be a paper signing event right there in my little house, with big implications.
