Tie: seeing Emily and Adam in the yard playing ( she snapped the photo). Or, Adam getting the Curious George book on his own, and bringing it to me, for bedtime. He likes his daddy reading stories to him.

5:30 am on a Sat and cannot sleep
The bank accepted my offer on a house in La Crescenta! AAA will get some of the best education around. I’m excited but so much to do to get this house ready to sell and move.

Going back to bed after a stomach bug kept me awake, and waking at noon rested and feeling much better. And I was sans pajamas so I was quite comfortable.

Putting cake frosting on Adam’s leg so that Zack could lick it off. Fun for the entire family. I’m either a genius or the worst parent ever. Ha!
