Getting my taxes done and learning that as head of house hold I’m getting some $$$. Finally the 2nd mortgage in San Diego will be gone; after 7 years of struggle it will be cash positive. Whew.

The beautiful warmth made everything happy – dark choco latte, design mag, outside play, stroller time, dog bath and exploring Occidental college area. Whew … Some moments last all day.

Auto Shop or Shock?
Just spent the last hour assembling the first Christmas gift for my son’s first Christmas with me. I thank the sweet baby Jesus for YouTube videos to guide me; praise him it’s done and in only 2 glasses of wine.
