5:30 am on a Sat and cannot sleep
The bank accepted my offer on a house in La Crescenta! AAA will get some of the best education around. I’m excited but so much to do to get this house ready to sell and move.

My happiest moment today:
Getting my taxes done and learning that as head of house hold I’m getting some $$$. Finally the 2nd mortgage in San Diego will be gone; after 7 years of struggle it will be cash positive. Whew.

It’s officially a cold -
